F1 differences between 360 and 430?

    Is the 430 F1 system stronger/better than in the 360? Seems like several of the 360 upgrades are 430 parts.

    Yes, the overall system is tougher after the F1 pump was changed in 2005 at Assembly Number 61589. Early pumps actually have a harder time than 360s because the 360 pump has to power the F1 system and the E-diff. New actuator, too, for the F430, which was improved. Fewer problems attributed to the F1 system, too, because the F430 has a much tougher twin plate clutch. Does not actually affect the F1 system, but clutch failure symptoms look like F1 failure symptoms.
