Correct. Most likely there were zero interested buyers for that car and they just rang up an asking price of $130K to not embarrass the seller.
One think to consider is this. There are some people, most of us know one or two, that simply always will believe that when buying used, buying the most expensive offering is the same as buying the best. Who knows, maybe one of those people will see this, and think. "Wow, at that price, it must be good!".
