New wheels and need some tire size help

Hello all and hope all is well. This is my first post so bare with me if you will. My father has a 2003 360 spider and has been wanting a new set of wheels for it. So I took it upon myself to surprise him with a new set. So my question is what size tires should I be looking into. First off the wheels are 19x9 fronts and 19x11 rears. The car is completely stock and not lowered. My father does not really drive that hard. He may do a little spirited driving in the mountains every once in a while. Just want to make sure I get him the correct size so he does not have to worry about rubbing issues etc.
