Best aftermarket wheels for a black 430?

    Not totally in love with the stock wheels. Any suggestions (with pics?). Prefer a grey wheel (not keen on black on black or shiny). Also would you stay with 19's or go to 20's. Any help greatly appreciated

    I swear by HREs. Every car I've ever owned has had a set of HREs and they always came in the perfect fitment and finish.

    19s = more tire options = better performance & grip
    20s = more aggressive stance at the cost of much fewer tire options

    The level of driveability or "road noise" is barely distinguishable / non-existent between the two, as long as you go with the right brand and tire pressures.

    HRE's are a phenomenal choice. Quality second to none, lightweight, and strong. They have a very classic yet current styling to them.

    Another popular option is ADV.1. Their styling is more current and aggressive in nature, but they basically handle the other end of the spectrum from HRE.

    Primary information needed would be what budget you've put in place for your wheel purchase as that will help guide you in the proper direction.

    +2. Although a 19/20 setup I think would have been perfect. Which wheels are those, they suit the car perfectly.

    Mine are cor wheels.... 20" ... Custom made for me, I can get a set made for you... I know the owner of cor wheels.

    I'm not sure of the model, but the set of wheels that were on Freshmeat's Scud are my favorite. He's recently sold them however.

    We're not totally in love with the stock wheels either and cooked up a few renders to show you what some ADV.1 wheels would look like.

    Check out these 20″ staggered ADV10.01’s in SL configuration and 20″ ADV5.0 Track Spec wheels.

    What's great about ADV.1 is that you can get them in any color combination. I'd like to chat with you to see what we can come up with to get you your dream wheels.

    Thanks, they were HRE P47s, classic 5 split-spoke design.

    The new owner saved a boatload of money!!! And on currently unobtainable 325/25/20 Michelin PSS' to boot!

    What do you guys think about these ADV's. Either in the gold/bronze shown or more likely in a gray. [​IMG]

    And will go with 20's but how wide for fronts and rears. 12" rear?

    wish I could tell you the width because they fit perfectly.
    Bought her with them installed already.
    It is a 19/20 setup.
