Cars in Ohio are famous for dissolving up to the door handles. I doubt the visible rust is the true picture. Doesn't look like Leatherique can save the hides either. Still, I hope it isn't a rolling parts bin.

 

Australia or South Africa would make some sense but it's odd that a RHD 400 ends up in the states, even odder that it's still on UK plates.

 

The rust on the outside looks like it spent time outside and driven on salty roads while the dried out and cracked dash looks like it spent time outside in the Texas sun.

After looking at this picture of the front pan below the bumper, was this a light blue car originally? Does someone have the VIN / color cross reference? VIN 24339
