    Hi all,

I've searched this forum for answers and found two possibilities. Either offset -2 mm or -5 mm. What is correct ?

Toying with my wheel change idea, just have to do the math first.... :)

    Thanks

    Hmmm... Nobody ?

I have a set of 1990 Testarossa wheels I'd like to try out. But need offset to calculate adapters.

If these are not possible to fit I'll sell them to the highest bidder. Very clean original wheels with low milage.

I was thinking the number would be like 30 or 40mm. I'll check my oem 390 wheel tomorrow to see if there are any markings on it.

Thanks :) Do you mean the TRX 390-wheel (probably 415 or ?) I think they have a different offset than the early 15" but would be useful all the same for comparison.

I remember 2mm being mentioned in the past but not 100% sure.
I thought the wheels on the 400 & the 400i Series 1 were 7 1/2" X 15". On the Series 2 & 412, they switched to the TRX wheel with a diameter of 415mm. Maybe your wheels were upgraded to the TRX 415 at some point? I'm pretty sure the pitch circle diameter was the same throughout the variant lineup. The TRX 390mm wheels were used on the Mondial if I'm not mistaken.

My car has the series 1 wheels 7.5x15". I can't find the thread but I have read in here somewhere (I believe) an offset of -5mm on the 15" and TRX offset -2mm. It's no big deal really,I could always take off one wheel and measure myself. But maybe someone already know :)

I want to testfit a set of Testarossa wheels to see how the design fit the car,and for that I need the offset for correct adapters. And yes I want to make a go on the 10" rears as well. I've seen pictures of a red 400 convertible with 9,5x15 BB-wheels and that looked quite nice.

The original wheels will never leave the car. They are just in need of a professional refurbish and some lovely XWX instead of rock hard P4000. But in the meantime I could always drive along with Testarossa 16" :)
