This has been covered before on F-Chat but it's nice to be reminded that we'll all be rewarded for our loyalty to the model as prices follow in general.

It'll be a good day for all of us who have loved, maintained and debated these cars for so long when the rest of the world finally see's the beauty that we see.

Price is one thing but recognition is worth far more in my view.

Agreed, Russell; sorry I missed the earlier posts. Not just the beauty but the fun driving. They're not Daytonas, Maranellos, 308's or 458's but they are fun cars to drive.

I was thinking of getting a 400 but a 456 has become a much better option over the last 12 months from a price point of view. Still a little while away from either though.

I've long really wanted to like the 456....I just can't. Between the no window frames and the odd rear quarters....and the unattractive factory wheels.

    Fun car though I'm sure.

Very well worded - couldn't agree more.

Mind you, they probably said the same about our cars which were also horrendously expensive at the time !
