Hi does anyone know if Ferrari fitted 215/70VR15 Pirelli Cinturato tyres to any cars? Also if anyone has a picture that would be very useful
Hi The CN36 is i think is Pirelli's first low profile tyres. I think that came out in 1969, which is very soon after Dunlop pioneered 70% profile radials in 1968 with the SP Sport. P3 i think is a bit later. I don't as yet have a date for this tread pattern. would you know? The CN12 is 1971 . Also because the CN12 was a Lamborghini Muira tyre Pirelli have already made a few so we can re use the mould. Currently Pirelli make a Porsche tyre 185/70VR15 in the CN36 tread pattern https://www.borrani.com/en/pirelli-tyres/cinturato-cn36/185-70vr15-pirelli-cinturato.html Pirelli also make a 205/70VR15 CN12 https://www.borrani.com/en/pirelli-tyres/cinturato-cn12/205-70vr15-pirelli-cinturato.html . and like the XWX this tyre is W rated. so a 215/70VR15 CN12 will tie in nicely. However for now the only road tyre that i would recommend is 215/70VR15 Michelin XWX Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
