Looks like a nice car. It looks like the interior was redone? I don't think I've seen the wrinkly texture on the doors before, but perhaps someone can educate me.

I bought my Carrera 3.2 a couple of years ago from Chequered Flag and had a very positive experience. Lawrence was great to work with.

Hope this goes to a good home!

That is a sexy looking beast!!! Great color combo... Absent the DOT lights, it makes me envious... Anyone with some history of the car? I cannot imagine how may "new" owners out there don't research the model before pulling the trigger - vis-à-vis - join this forum prior to purchase?

What I am trying to say is that, whether there are some obscure Gotti wheels for sale on eBay specifically for this model car, which were purchased a while ago as they did not have a reserve, or this car (or any other that comes up for sale periodically), am I the only one that is somewhat curious as to where/how these cars and their parts end up at?

I believe the 1983-85 cars had this wrinkly leather on the doors and seats. I don't have the facit but I've seen it on the later cars before.

I wonder if this was done on the 1983/84 models ? I can't find pictures of -85's with this interior. The seats appear to be wrinkled leather on some of the past 1983-cars and some of them also the doors.

    This is a 10/1983 : Ferrari 400 i Automatik als Sportwagen/Coupé in Paderborn

It all seems original and not redone.

The Bitter SC has a similar upholstery style. Maybe an ex Turin upholstery employee working on Bitters went to work on Ferrari 400 interiors. I don't think it looks as good as the smooth style.

They have a pretty good leather guy who sands and redoes bolsters, dashes and stuff for appearances but the cars they get are generally on the rougher side.

    Get a BIG PPI.

    Just sayin'

I bought my 365gt4 2 2 from them. Ran a little rough. RH head leaking oil/water mix. Engine pulled. Block had a 12+" crack at the rear. Crank thrust bearings were gone. Block ruined. 😡

    Definately not :) Is it a -83 or -82 production ?

I saw these wrinkled interiors many times when I searched for my GT,so some examples are clearly out there. They look a bit odd and un-italien...

I think the wrinkle effect makes it look like a coffin! :(
