I had the pleasure of participating in the 2017 Pine School "100 Years of Cars" Show today, I met/spoke with many nice folks, a few actually knew of our cars, had owned, still owned, etc.....very nice day.
Here I am, one Italian surrounded by Germans....

    Regards,

    Art S.

PS. Gary, thanks for sharing! The picture of your car between the Porsche and VW is great! It really gives it a greater sense of sleekness in comparison to those two.

I agree with this. When viewed next to other cars our cars really stand out.

I used to go to this very same car show for many years... Many golfing greats live nearby in Home Sound and have had their children attend this school. As the years have passed, the fields became smaller for some reason. Below are pics I could find (same 275 and 290) from other years, including the very first time I saw a real GTO... That same GTO graced the cover of Cavallino I believe shortly after that event in 2015?

Why are they staring at that Jeep instead of the F40 to their left?

A little ironic about the post above with those guys checking out the Jeep instead of the F40...

In all actuality, I had to go back to my pictures illustrating the times I had attended this event because I do recall that show being the very first time that I was able to check out in person for the very first time a $200K + Icon "re-imagined" Ford Bronco! It is not very often you come across individuals that can swing this much for such a specialty vehicle, so I literally felt obligated to snap a picture below! However, those guys in the previous picture ARE checking out a Jeep - not the Icon!

This is their website and if you act quickly, you too could snag the only one they have available for immediate delivery at only $235K!
