I think the 456 tail light assemblies look classy just the way they are.

Painting taillights

Just don't change your mind afterward, because replacing them back to original will cost you a kidney!!

+1. I think Pininfarina knew what they were doing with most of the design elements of the 456.

Black is beauty - good idea! Do it Jason, together with the black wheels you will have an impressive and unique 456.

I did and love the look. Painted body colour so depends on car colour for effectiveness.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I don't think he is looking for smoked lenses, but rather the plastic between the two main round lights being painted body color. I like it.

Some nice ones here but I am not a fan. I like the oval design.

I'm honestly torn. I'm used to the OEM, but the seperated looks has that usual Ferrari feel.

Then again I don't think I'd go out in public. torn.

I like the idea of smoked lenses also but Novitec doesn't make stuff for the 456. At least i couldn't find anything on their website.

I must admit that looks pretty awesome and more ferrari-like.

How do they make the paint adhere to the plastic lense?

Agree fully. IMHO such tuning to 456 to make it look more "Ferrari like" makes it less Ferrari like.

Makes the car look more modern. Like the rear of a 575. I would do It. GTS Bruce
