I need a clock setting knob to finish the renovation of the interior of my 550,it appears to be made of black plastic with a serrated (splined ) edge and looks to be a press fit,can any one help or know of any other cars fitted with similar knobs.Just another step in pursuit of perfection.

Hey Earl, with your steering wheel being on the right side of the vehicle and the clock setting knob to the left side, would you need that very special coriolis setting knob to set the time properly since you are in OZ ? Had to ask!

    rehashing an old one.

the clock on my 550 gains time, and coupled with driving too fast i'm etting to my appointments embarrasingly early!

what is the reason for the fast clock ?

That's odd. According to Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity, your clock should slow down as you approach the speed of light.

Not sure that getting the adjustment knob would be of any use. My clock loses a minute per hour, gave up setting the time a long time ago.

Is there any way to calibrate these?

The clock on my 575 is constantly 5 minutes askew. Pick a direction, its random.

I've given up and assume that its Italian time, so only 5 minutes is a win.

The clock in my 355 keeps better time than most of my watches. :D

    The 550, not so much.
