    I'll add that this is a very helpful tool when mounting and dismounting your wheels and a must have when you have CCM or larger rotors. Helps avoid damage to the rotors, calipers and wheels. Nice piece Dave priced reasonably.

    I always use two of these studs to locate the wheels on the hub.

    One will work, but using two at a time make the job so much easier.

    One of the best tools ever.

    Very nice! And two are much easier. I find that if you put the two wheel guide bolts together side by side at the top, roughly 11 and 1 on the clock, it's the easiest.
    These make the wheel mounting job much easier for all wheels but a must for mounting and dismounting where big brakes, CCM or similar are involved. A chip in the process can cost big $$ to correct. And there is less room for clearance in these situations. They help avoid bouncing off the nice looking brake calipers too.
    Dave's product is as nice as I've seen.

    LOL. So Cowgirl and I are packing up for a month+ of assignments in Malaysia and South Africa. We leave in the morning and, of course, Mayhem Manor (our home near Chicago) is a disturbing pre-trip disaster area. From my cowering position surrounded by this chaos I hear Cowgirl come in with the mail followed by the usual slicing, dicing and tossing of the pile. Then I noticed an odd pause and asked what was up.

    Her answer was as brief and accurately descriptive as it could possibly have been:

    "Our tool porn has arrived! And it's FABULOUS!"

    And with that she walked in with one of Dave Lelonek's gleaming wheel mounting pins. Yep. Tool porn. Guido, our 550, will love it...:)!

    I bought two of these tools a couple of weeks ago and I used them for the first time today. Besides my 575, I have two Benz, an S class and a C63 that I switch between winter and summer wheels and these tools just made my job a whole lot easier. Eventually I will use them on the 575.

    I was thinking the exact same thing....

    Would these fit a 996 Turbo? I will be mounting 997 Turbo Wheels on a 996 Turbo and these would be nice to have.
