Pearlescent white on very rosso. Ferrari 575 Superamerica F1 - All Cars for Sale - Cars for Sale - Joe Macari
That is a lot of Bordeaux leather. Color is most likely Bianco Fuji, just coming out in 2005 on 612s. Bianco Avus was a standard Ferrari color then.
Another SA, this one a HGTC, also LHD, also Bordeaux but a little less so, inside. This one £350k, a little more than the Macari car. For a HGTC SA this doesn't seem a crazy price. But maybe it's me that's crazy. Ferrari 575 Superamerica HGTC For Sale | Kent, South East, Kent | Furlonger Specialist Cars
Here's a link to some shots of a Bianco Fuji over Bordeaux Superamerica on the streets of Zurich with the top down and beany on. This one is an HGTC and the modulars appear to be chromed... Not for the shy and retiring type but it kind of works in this urban setting. Ferrari Superamerica - 22 February 2014 - Autogespot And here's another Bianco Fuji HGTC Superamerica for sale at €470k in Italy and this one almost certainly has a largely Rosso interior incl. carpet. https://www.autoscout24.com/offers/ferrari-575-f1-superamerica-gasoline-white-15741a3e-6147-cf63-e053-e350040a50ec
Popular colour combo in Asia. Would've been nicer if there was some black components on the interior to break up all the red however.
Color combo aside, is it me or did someone order a 1 in 599 FCar and not order Daytona seats and got the entry level seats from a base model F430? That's like....well, no matter what analogy I think of is not nearly as odd as...Ordering a Super America with cheap seats. That's all I got.
Just because they cost more doesn't necessarily mean they look better. The Daytona seats don't really match the rest of the interior in my opinion.
I generally favour the Daytona seat inserts on the coupe but it's undeniable that the stitching on base seats matches the detailing on the door cards and with the SA's additional leather covered transmission tunnel, I would have to concede that the base seats might just be the aesthete's choice*. One other point of detail, is that it the base SA inserts appear to be perforated leather. Is that the default SA specification or was it a special order? Looks really good IMO and addresses my view that although the stitching on the base seats and door cards match, the detail on the seats is rather two-dimensional when compared to the more three-dimenstional door cards... P.S. To correct my post #5 above, the Zurich car above isn't HGTC spec. * But you would have to first cross the Rubicon that is declaring the SA to be an aesthete's choice!
