575 Ebrake position bad design?

How many of you have broken your seat adjuster button from pulling on your hand brake?
My hand whacks mine very time.....just had it replaced and it aint cheap LOL

It is pretty tight, sometimes my watch will hit the carbon fiber on the door if I am not careful.

Same problem of the 550 hand brake .....

I'm just the opposite, I hate console mounted handbrakes. I love the position of the 550 handbrake. My 355 had it there as well.

This was one of the main reasons I passed on a 599, that's how strongly I feel about it.

I agree about location.....my issue is with the seat button.
I hate center console e brakes but I also hate broken seat buttons.

You would have loved the aircraft engine control (aka E-brake handle) on the Alfa Milano.

This is in the "it could be a whole lot worse" category....

I always have to open the door to use my handbrake on the 575.. Always thought it was hard to get to...

When I get in my other fun cars (old 911 and an MGB), I often reach for the handbrake between the door and the seat only to realize it's not there. Interestingly, I've never mistakenly reached for the handbrake between the seats when I get in my 550.
