Mine was sealed and pressure tested at a local radiator shop. Cost me $100 and was done the same day.

I had mine sealed up several times. It just kept springing new leaks, which were frustrating and made me worry about broader damage from overheating. I got a Ron Davis unit. No problems since. It will still run a hair warm on a hot day in traffic with the A\C on. But nowhere near the ref zone. It's allowed me to enjoy the car instead of stressing about it.

Be forewarned, though. It's thicker than the factory unit. It takes some time and modification to fit it.

We use RD radiators racing vettes. They are tough and they work!
