Does anyone know what options changed year by year sun the 550. What year 550 came with xenon lights? Thanks!
You can go through the parts catalog on Ricambi's site and see when changes were made, some at model years for US versions, some at assembly numbers. Options introduced in the 97/98 timeframe under the Scaglietti program were available for the remainder of production through 2001. No 550s had xenon lights, but 575s did.
I may be mistaken but I seem to recall J Clarkson on top gear saying that the 550 had candles in Jam jars for headlights. He was spot on
