Will the cup 2 tires from the Speciale squeeze onto the Italia rims?

Yes, but they won't work on the Italia due to the difference in diameter.

Thats confirmed. My dealer tried the speciale wheel and tires set up on my 15 spider. Didnt work. So they put the OEM stock tires on my speciale wheels ( on my 15 spider_). Everything then was ok. Just did this last week. DK308 was real helpful ( tho my dealer didnt believe us)...

You can run Pirelli Trofeo R if you feel the need to run a more track oriented tyre, they come in the Italia size. The Trofeo R is a more grippy tyre than the Cup2. Be aware that they are not meant for wet roads and wear quickly. So is the case for the Cup2, but the Trofeo R is a more hardcore tyre. Unless you live someplace with vey little rain and you never take your car out when there a chance of rain, personally, I'd only run Trofeo R's on track rims and keep MPSS as my street tyre.

Thanks. Live in Texas and don't drive it in the rain. Probably will go with MPSS on next set. The car came with Bridgestones.

The MPSS are great tires. Had them on my 12 coupe.

I have Speciale size (245) in front and italia size (295/35/20) on my MY13 italia.
If you buy Pirelli P Zero, it has 305/35/20 size so you can also put it on rear wheels. However, if you go with 305/30/20 Speciale rear size; the tire radius drops something like 11mm which effects the front-rear tire circumference ratio that triggers the ESP in Sport mode.
