The left screen faded away and turned white - dead! Has to be replaced probably... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Happened to me in my 458 two weeks after buying the car: both screens went white and me along with them LOL, brought it to the dealer in a state of frenzy and he fixed it in 5 minutes and told me to always connect her to the battery tender which I did; problem never resurfaced. best
No, I have the problem constantly since two weeks. And the car is connected to the factory battery tender every night. The dealers mechanics connected the car to the Maranello factory and they said that they must send back the screen to Maranello...
Same problem with 488GTB. Happened a few months after purchasing new in jan2018. After numerous attempts to fix eventually had to be replaced later that year. Now again nearly 12 months later it’s gone again. You think the price of these cars they could get this right!
Having similar problems with my 2017 488GTB. Can't access the menu unless in gear and moving (that is the opposite of what it should be). What did the dealer tell you?
I had similar problem, but with *right* screen module, in my 2018 a couple months ago. Came and went a few times, then persisted. Required replacement of complete dash unit from FNA after multiple diagnostic scan uploads sent to them by dealer. FNA programmed the unit with scanned data & sent to dealer. I was somewhat surprised that all info I had input (radio/Sirius XM favorites, navigation system saved locations, etc.) were not lost. Maybe those are stored in an ECU that aren't integral to the display itself? Or perhaps the info was part of the scanned data sent to FNA, and programmed into the new unit. In any case, I was happy I didn't have to input all that info again!
