I couldn't find the information I was looking for anywhere else, and I figured who knows better than the FChat community.

Is there a difference in color between the Giallo Triplo Strato and the Giallo Tristrato? I was looking for a great yellow metallic, and with pictures, it is difficult to see differences between the two.

Also, is there a paint code associated with this color so that I can have the bodyshop mix it so I can get an idea of the color before ordering?

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

Am I right in thinking that GTS is the new name for Giallo Tristrato?

Tristrato is just an abbreviation for Giallo Tripolo Strato.

You should be able to get paint samples from your dealer as far as I know. Also, I believe Giallo Tripolo Strato is not metallic, but pearl. To my eyes pearl effect and metallic is somewhat different. But alas, pearl is of course in many ways a metallic paint. The effect is just caused by little pearls instead of flakes.
