Cam- Beautiful, should not take long to sell. Good luck and that is a great price. 160779 for Carbon.
Thank you! Thank you. It is a great color combo, great options and great service history! Hopefully it sells quick!
You guys might not know this but I am always ready to sell a car I also have the service history in a pdf file if someone wants me to send it to them.....
Nice car! I am going to try and buy locally first before venturing out of the area. I did however take a look at one in person over at Marshall Goodman while in Cleveland last Friday and a different feel inside. I still need to drive one which hopefully will happen this coming Saturday local dealer bringing one out for me to test drive. When is Ferrari going to stop coating parts with the soft touch crap? The car I looked at already was breaking down.
I would say our car looks flawless inside, no sticky buttons and everything seems to be very nice....
Taz or anyone...does this 2008 have the "updated" motronic or whatever else was changed in 2008? TIA.
carfax shows it was previously at FoW...so it probably was this car! trade in the 612 and Maser, then buy this and maybe a quattroporte and....oh wait we've played this game already.
AI- Affirmative, Cam's car has the updated version of Motronic 7.3.2 or you could not fit the HGTE performance kit to her.
Hah!!! That's funny. I actually made the deal on her and backed out. My dealer kinda screwed up. We had a done deal on a very entry level Cali for about $70k less, and he managed to upsell me on the 599. Over the next couple of days I had a crisis of conscience and backed out, ended up buying nothing. I'm not entirely surprised this is the car. Some very common options and specs, but to have the exact same specs is pretty rare. EDIT: I should probably qualify that by saying the deal wasn't papered. We'd come to an agreement in principle over the phone for her on a particularly beautiful spring day not unlike this one while I was on the #4 fairway and all was right with the world. A couple of restless nights trying to rationalize what I had done and I called them back, probably from Saturday to Monday, and told them I wasn't going through with the purchase at all. I can tell you all one thing, two years ago just about today, that car was absolutely flawless, I mean showroom new inside and out. Very, very nice example. Absolutely perfect last time I saw her. Franklyn at FoW would probably **** a brick if I bought the same f'ing car from Cam two years later Chas, we may have played this game already, but that would the damnedest ending to the game I could imagine. I mean FUNNY. Guy would probably never speak to me again.
I may have a buyer now for the 612 so getting closer anyway. It's actually not outside the realm of possibility. I would need to see some good business this month and a kickin' trade in valuation on my granturismo or we'll be waiting for that one to private sell too. Still not sure on 599 though. Bob- 599 has an interior like the 612, but performance close to an Enzo. Big step up, plus no belts and VVT on all cams. 85 ms shifting, too, on the HGTE. Have to get a Scud or GTO to get a faster shifting F1 system. Perfect car for a dirty weekend with the wife.
