Haven't been active in a while, but I'm finally buying a 612... It's a dream come true after years of waiting. It's a 2009 (registered as a 2010), Nero B/B with tan interior, 42,000 km. Car looks great, drives great. Had a belt change and the clutch replaced not too long ago. The current owner just sent me a scan of the service records. I looked through them and nothing stands out to me, but I know there are far more knowledgeable folks on this forum than me. So I was wondering if any of you guys can take a look at the service records and tell me if they see anything worrying. I intend to use this car as my daily driver. So I'll be putting about 20,000 km a year on it. All service was done at the Ferrari dealer in Oman. They're pretty bad quality scans, so I apologize about that. Your help is, as usual, highly appreciated. I'm baaaack, baby... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I was thinking of selling my custome champaign colored 2008 scaglietti with 32000 km and just been serviced , haven't advertised it yet but contact me [email protected] if your looking for a 612 in uae.
Look if the clutch is changed + timebelt (couldnt spot it in the invoice), cause there probably the most common things @ 50000 km. If its a 2009 model its slightly overpriced if seen the Ad. My advice to you is to ask for a checkup , it could cost 2000-3000 dhs but will make you sleep comfortably when the car is yours. Dont do it at the Dealer , I know a couple places in dubai that are professional contact me for details.
Got it! Negotiated the price down to AED 333,000 ($91k US)... This is partly because, as you guys said, he was asking too much to begin with, and I was able to negotiate it down a bit. But the second reason the price went down so much is because when we took it to the dealer to do the check, they said the clutch may need to be changed again. Noted it was a bit jerky on takeoff and when shifting. So I just factored in a new clutch at the dealer (undiscounted) plus a few other things they said needed to be done (wheel alignment, rebal, a dome light switch is bad and the Pininfarina badge on the left side was missing). I added everything up and subtracted it from the already negotiated lower price that we had agreed. The total came out to 333k. I said, are you ok with that? And he said, yes. Anyway, long story short, I have it!
Maybe it's the angle. Take a look at this pic, took it last night after I bought it. Looks normal to me. What do you think? Image Unavailable, Please Login
