Ferrari will do anything if you pay them enough. That said, are you sure it's an OTO? Does it have the manettino?
True OTO's all have the glass photo-chromatic roofs. If it doesn't, then it's likely a late build 2007 car.
or, someone who had a bad moonroof and realized it was cheaper to refinish the roof and new headliner than to spend 25K on a new electrochromic panel. just saying- I thought about doing it to a OTO that had leaking electrochromic material.
