    She had to stop to catch her breath yesterday as I was driving her hard. The NorCal coast is awesome. You folks should come drive with me sometime.

    No one wants to buy it. Well...I'm sure it would sell if I gave it away. At the moment its just too valuable to me to dump it at a great loss. I'd possibly sell it at the right price. It does, however, bring me joy as its a SUPERB Ferrari!

    Good news: engine will make more power with that cold dense air.

    Bad news: tires won't grip very much!

    I drive mine once in a while in the winter when the roads are clear and the salt was washed away by rains.

    Buyers are fickle. I have a rosso/cuoio which I love. I wanted a nero/nero but couldn't find the right one but your car honestly is a lovely example. Enjoy until the right one comes along. That has to happen. :)

    Too funny! Frankly, every wrap I've seen in person on a supercar looked cheap. Waste of $.

    I agree Lew. The right buyer will come along but I think you should keep it. I think the intrinsic value of these cars is greater than what the market place is offering these days.

    LewSF. Hi, I'm moving (back) to the U.S. from Hong Kong this year. I will be leaving my (red) 599 behind in Hong Kong. If still available I would be interested in your beautiful car. I love the white color and interior... I've been scouring the Internet and not seen a nicer looking example in the US. I'm very surprised as others have said, you have not found a buyer yet.

    Btw... You post great photos of the car too. If you don't mind, what is your background in photography or art if any?     Hi Sean. Wishing you a safe move. Please contact me when you arrive. I'm an artist so know a little about composition. My brother is a professional photographer and I've learned a lot from him over the years. The car deserves all the credit though...she's a beauty!

    Someone very nice wrote me a note and said that I shouldn't post on driving this car hard....said that it might decrease the resale value. It's a Ferrari. Trust me. It won't be break if used as intended. With that said, I had the pleasure of ripping across the Skaggs Spring Road from the coast to Healdsburg CA yesterday. Whew! There are some lovely turns and counter turns that will challenge your driving skills. My advice is to start in Healdsburg, head up the Dry Creek valley, and then find Skaggs Springs Road ....and hit it until you run out of good road......then take it easy.

    As a matter of fact, I think the car will hold up better over time if driven hard. Well done!

    Nothing worse for a Ferrari than sitting fallow in a garage while all the fluids separate out and the seals turn to cardboard. They like being driven hard.

    Hi all.... and Lew. We chatted a couple times. I'm interested in your white 599 if still available, once I move to the US. Here is my 599 at the rest stop in Hong Kong. My wife and I were out driving this weekend. It was a bit overcast on Sunday but a nice 65 degree F (18 C) here. Mine's a GTB but with the dealer added HGTE package. Cheers.
