    Hello!

I'm thinking of shipping my 612 from GCC to Europe.

There are several companies that might do it, however before contacting them I have some questions about how to enter and hold the car steady inside the container.

The 612 is wide, how to drive it in the container...and then open that huge door and go out of the car? Tires have low walls, how to hold without damaging those beautiful challenge rims?

Also, the shipping might take 30-40 days. Probably it will drain the battery.

Anyone has experience on such operation?

I did some research on the web but couldn't get proper answers to those questions.

    Thanks.

    Ricardo

Hi Ricardo, feel free to PM me. I may be able to help.

To answer quickly, the 612 will fit no problem. If driven into the container the driver would exit through the window. Strapping down is not hard. The battery must be disconnected and you must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel to ship.
