Just wanted to share. We have these in stock. Good thread here... http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ff-gtc4lusso-f12/522950-ferrari-f12-factory-wheel-weight-comparison.html Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I like those wheels, but it seems your vehicle is riding a bit high on them. Maybe I'm not seeing the lines correctly, due to the Nero color. What is the distance between the tire and the wheel fender in the front?
Wheels look great. I agree they look even better than the GTO style wheels. I think the vehicle is at stock ride height.
The flares on the fenders are disappearing into the black paint, so the high rider look is an optical illusion.
That wheel gap is huge. F12 uses a 9.5" front wheels so the front tire is very stretched compared to the 8" fronts of the 599.
255/35/20 305/35/20 They all sit high in my opinion but that was when the car first came off the lift. Hadnt settled yet, hadn't been driven around the block. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Would definitely look a lot better with F12 spec tyres and a set of 11 mm spacers in the back would be nice as well.
F12 runs narrow tires in front. Those 255's are the F12 tires, even though they look out of place on the 599. That car needs GTO spec tires with those wheel widths, 285 front/315 rear.
True. An 11 mm spacer in the front could also help a bit as the offset of the F12 front rims put the wheel 10 mm further in compared to the GTO wheel. I don't think the F12 front tyres look wrong, it was more in the rear I was thinking. The F12 front tyres are 0.2" larger in diameter than the GTO front tyres.
Lowering will ruin wheel travel and make the car slower in the real world. One thing I learned about my GTB on the Mille Miglia is its suspension set up on real roads meant I could press on when the GTO and other more focused models 'speciale', scuderia, Stradale etc. Had to back off. Lowering is for posing not driving
I have GTO wheels but I also lowered the car... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
