    Hi,

    I want to replace the windshield plates (RH; Central; LH) on my 612 as all 3 have cracks.
    Prices from independent part suppliers are 1/3 of Ferrari quoted prices.
    Parts are items 1-3 on the attached diagram

    Questions:
    - Are the aftermarket parts worse in Quality compared to OEM Ferrari?
    - Can the replacement be a DIY job?

    I would be very surprised that there are aftermarket parts, they are probably from the original Ferrari stock
    I just warn you 1 and 3 are very difficult to remove

    So I will ask my dealer to instal the parts...
