I looked for an answer before posting but no exact answer.

I currently have a 612 Nero with Rosso Brake Calipers and 10"x20" Ball Polished Challenge Wheels in the rear. I purchased a pair of 11"x20" Challenge for the back. Wondering if any one else has done this and what mm spacer you may have used.

Second question, which I believe I know the answer to, but can you run 10"x20" in the front?
    I suspect not....

3rd: I already have the Tubi rear section, tips included with out the valves. Has anyone done a SuperSprint Catless Header setup and if so where the results to your satisfaction?

Finally is there a Secondary/EGR Delete that is available as I realize I'd have to have it tuned specifically as well as run at least a 100+ octane to keep the the higher burning fuel to keep emissions down.

I really do appreciate any helpful input. Thank you all!
    Cheers!

Hello, I don't know about supersprint cat less header, but I have a friend in Italy who make 6-1 headers with secondary/EGR system that don't need ecu tuning.
    This is the result:

This is his 575, but he told me that the system is tha same also for 612.
If you is interested please PM, I will put in touch with him.

    Best

Thank you Mario for pointing me in the right direction for the Cat-Delete Headers and Secondary Air Pump Delete.

I've got friends in Charlotte whose performance shop can tune while on the dyno to record what is going to achieve the most power with in safe parameters.

Looks like I will still will have to send off the ECU, I'm told, with the zip file from the runs...but I have several weeks to figure that out. I will only be running 100+ Ethanol Free Fuel (110 or 107) as it will help keep emissions down (as it burns at a higher temp) and help eliminate ping from advancing the timing.

My second part of my quest for a tried and true answer remains. Going from 10" wide rears to 11" wide will require a spacer and longer studs. I test fit the 11" wide Challenge Rim and it will rub significantly with no spacer. Being that 1" is 25mm or so I would assume the 17mm Spacer Kit with Extended Lugs would work but I'd like to hear from anyone that has this setup and can correct my estimation or confirm it.

Also has any one run 10" in the front on a 612 and it still function and look aesthetically pleasing?

I appreciate any assistance and feedback!
    Cheers,
    Brad

Brad- Dozens of owners are running the 11" 599 rear wheels with no problems and no spacers. Some have even used GTO size rear tires back there (315/35 20) with no issues, although 285/35 20 and 295/35 20s will work back there with more clearance (305/35 20, too, but no MPSS or 4S tires in that size). The wheel bolts are identical for the 10" and 11" Challenge wheels, there are no studs. No sure where all these issues are originating, but they really should not be a problem.

    Thanks Taz,
I deal in bmw and mercedes parts daily and always say stud instead of lug....not sure why, but my employee likes to correct me.

I that that was the case that many others are running 11" rears. I did not tighten the wheel on as I just had them refinished and was letting the clear coat cure, but these came from a Canadian burned out 612 that a yard in Nashville had. it has P-Zero 305's on them...

I didn't use lugs at all, which means I may not have had the wheel on all the way or it was cocked at an angle. Once the car comes back from having the lower grey portion body matched I'll be able to mount them correctly.

I appreciate you taking time to answer. Just curious but what tire size would you run? I wanted to go MPS' but I'm not opposed to Pirelli as I've run P-Zero on most of my cars.

On another thought, if the PO lowered the car it shouldn't affect fitment of 11's would it? (I don't believe that it has been lowered) And does 62ish offset sound about right for 11" rear? (I don't recall exact number)

Thank you for your help. Much appreciated!

Brad- I would actually go with the replacement tire for the Michelin Pilot Super Sport, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, in the OEM size of 285/35 20. That should keep the balance nice and neutral and not push her too much towards understeer.

Here is part of a document I wrote showing the offsets for the 114.3 mm bolt pattern wheels that started on the 612 and continued on all subsequent new Ferrari models. The offsets on the 11" wheels split the new width half on the inside and half on the outside compared to the 10" wheels. The difference in offsets, 12.7 mm, is exactly 1/2". Most of the newer wheels are pretty much interchangeable.
