I am much more fan of the W series vs the M series. Hadn't noticed the design of the rear spoiler on the M series was very similar to Pete Brock's Ghia Sport 5000 back in 1966.

The teal one pictured is the WX3. It's the design that Megatech borrowed to produce the M12.

Yes. The only W8 that is "lost" has been in Saudi Arabia since new.

Just reading my old magazines & read that the first 2 W8's were headed to Saudi Arabia...but only 1 went? I'm also curious about the purple one & its "delivery" , as I read an odd story on a forum but not sure what's true..?

Also, did the production cars have heads up display? I've noticed the control knob for it, but it isn't mentioned in any of my magazines...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad_bin_Fahd The car was shipped from California to Doha, Qatar first. Unfortunately, it is close to impossible to get any further info on today´s whereabouts of the last missing VECTOR W8. Chassis 011 is the car that was used for the official VECTOR W8 borchure and 1992 press photos: http://www.google.de/search?q=vector...iw=991&bih=657 Last edited by vectorfiles; 05-05-2012 at 02:04 PM. |

vectorfiles,
You seen to know quite a bit about them.... Are there any in Florida??? I would love to have the opportunity to do a proper photoshoot with one... I always thought they were one of the best looking cars ever designed. When I talk about a proper photoshoot... I mean do something like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bludevl...57622182668963 for more sample of my work check out this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bludevl...th/6776229832/ |
