With the great partnership we have at Inde Motorports ranch, we save the hot laps for when we visit that fine resort A client's car that is requested to be excersised can be done so in a safe manner at our facility which has private airport access. This allows us to accomplish two things.
1. Less traffic which is less liability and no obstructions.
2. Vehicles not road worthy such as race cars, concepts, and other vehicles prohibited from legally being on the road can be driven safely and in compliance.

The city of scottsdale and the FAA may have a small problem with that

 

I can't speak highly enough of Rolling Art Group.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Mike at Rolling Art.

They are a trusted storage facility of Gooding and RM during auction week which speaks for itself. They have never let me down with the cars that I have stored with them. Cars are always 100% ready to go, and spotless.

They have very high level clientele yet still treat me (a nobody) with just as much importance.

There detailing service is 2nd to none. (As a detailer in a past life I can't speak highly enough)

There paint work is phenomenal. The wife had a little mishap with the garage door on her slightly abnormal colored SUV and they paint match was incredible and there was zero evidence, no tape line, no hard edge on the jam... NOTHING. Virtually imperceptible repair.

They also do clear bra too... no personal experience with that... but I have had friends cars done there and they look great

If you are in need of vehicle storage, paintwork, or washing/detailing definitely check them out!

Justin you may have a valid concern. The city and airport personal monitor activity on all airport taxi way. Driving vehicles on the "private" taxi way is fine to do so, just know the rules that aircraft always have the "right of way" Still a much safer option than what other storage facilities can offer.

 

Hi, I am not trying to be a pain, but you are actually not allowed to drive on the taxi way. They are beginning to crack down on it. I know someone who did it about a week or so ago and Scottsdale PD showed up and it actually turned into a bit of a fiasco.

Now I had a building on a taxi way for a few years in scottsdale, and I know it gets done and for a while people were turning a blind eye to it. I think that is now over.

I definitely wouldn't openly advertise it as a selling feature of your facility unless you have written permission from the tower to operate on the taxi way.

But to each there own.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience. Hasn't been a problem this far and i suppose that the city could put a firmer "use" to not allow for this activity in the near.
