Can anyone recommend a good Italian restaurant in Scottsdale...Thanks, Vinny
Andreoli is very nice. Casual atmosphere and is also a small italian grocery store. Veneto Trattoria is one of our local "go to" italian spots Veneto Trattoria Northern Italian Restaurant If you are up in North Scottsdale then Sassi is nice as well. https://www.sassi.biz
Vinny, Spiga's in North Scottsdale, on Pinnacle Peak between Pima and Scottsdale roads. Fairly new, but sticks to the old world tastes. Several events held there and all great feedback. ciao, Jim
but Andreoli would not be my choice. It's really more of a delicatessen with superb panini made with top-notch ingredients. In my experience, evening dining leaves a lot to be desired. I once had swordfish which cost $30 and I could tell it had been zapped in the microwave before reaching my table. Would recommend Tutti Santi and Franco's Italian Cafe.
La Toretta at the SW corner of Frank Loyd Wright and Scottsdale Rd. Spiga is another killer Italian restaurant. Spiga Cucina Italiana They are on Pinacle Peak, east of Scottsdale Rd. You can't go wrong at either.......
