Who is going to C&C on Sat?
New location is nice.. harder to get in and out of than Gainey Ranch... Hope they do a better job in organizing. I got there at 7:10 and was denied a spot in the F-car, during Italian car month...LOL.
Same thing happened to me, there at 7.20 had a lambo in front of me, and one behind, me in the 458 spyder, and told by some guy in security shirt, all full just have to park in the parking lot. yet there were 200 bikes parked in side??? Guess you have to get there at 6am if you want a spot. Been going for years, now just seems like to commercial for me. Probably done.
It's a shame that the original spirit and purpose of enthusiasts gathering for a no stress, no attitude get together is gone. I hate when I hear stories like above. It was started by a group of friends that were tired of the BS of the Ferrari club. The hallmarks of the group were, "No stress. No Drama. No meetings. No officers. No dues. No rules. Just fun with cars". Most of that original crew don't really want to have anything to do with it. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the cars and the many friends I had made over the years....... I had never missed a month until last year. I haven't been for a year and wouldn't bother.
I went. Plenty of parking but it was over quickly. By 9:00 or so, it was starting to clear out. Not sure what the incarcerated comment means but it was well organized and certainly more room than the Gainey location. Overall it's a good time and an improvement over the old location. My only complaint would be its gone from an exotic gathering to a bunch of American muscle cars which I could care less about.
Yeah now with the snow birds gone the shows exotic section is quite a bit smaller then normal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Much better organization this time.. Got there around 7:15... had plenty of space to park.. Great time.
Really like the new venue. Much more space, a Starbucks nearby (need my coffee that early in the am!) and good organisation. Well done to all involved.
Was pretty weak, summer is here. Phoenix PD had supervisor cars in both lanes at the exits.... No more fun allowed.
