White California in accident 5/13/17

    Driving home from the Dbacks game last night, southbound on 7th, around 9:00 p.m. At about E. Pima St. or E. Mohave St., a white California was parked in the fast lane heading north. The windshield looked like it was shot out, no air bags deployed. No other damage noticed on the car and no other car seen. Phoenix PD all over location with north bound lanes closed. An ambulance had passed us north bound about two minutes before we got to site. Checked all the news sites today and could find nothing. Anyone we might know?
