Well, it might not be the complete debacle it looked like a couple of weeks ago. Sir Boof Lehmann is already making a huge difference. Having said that, as I type we are falling apart... We're heading over for the 4th Test, hoping it won't all be over by then. Also will be in Italy in Aug and was hoping to visit the factory but have been told it is closed all month!
August is summer holidays - so if you not collecting a new one then stiff! email them say your an aussie member of FChat sure to get some sort of response!~
Well, the first day and a session of this series has proven why Test cricket is the finest ball sport ever invented. Anything can, and does, happen. Awesome.
still go, the Galleria is awesome and there's a massive Ferrari Store out front as well, all right next to Fiarano.
Cricket and F1 are the only 2 sports we follow in our house, the slowest and fastest games on the planet This 19yo Agar kid is a breath of fresh air Sad his partner is someone we're not allowed to mention here
Totally agree with that. They're the two sports I enjoy most. I still like AFL as a game, but these days I find myself screaming at the TV more than actually enjoying it. Test cricket is still pure enough to enjoy the raw talent and beauty of the game without the external bollocks ruining everything (at least when the Indians aren't playing anyway)
Rugby is for very serious sports fans. If you can follow cricket then rugby in the next step to sports hierarchy. Well the aussie first innings is still going - great knock by Agar. 151 partnership - how long can they go?
Wow. I love Test cricket. Triumph, tragedy, happiness and sadness all at the same time. Much respect for the English team with the applause and handshakes after that amazing innings. Can't wait to get over there...
Good God no! I suspect he's one of those weirdos who doesn't even like sport. Well, apart from car racing anyway...
sport is religion for the modern age, the opiate of the masses, blended with the business interests of the media. give the crowd something to live for and they won't notice how small and pointless their existence really is, or how incompetent and self serving the people who govern them are. meanwhile, get them to buy beer and junk food, to feed the media, while the media plays back sport and advertisements to them, basking in their self-importance.
Geez, you're a barrel of laughs! But you have given me food for thought. Now trying to decide whether to order in a pizza or pick up some chicken and chips before the cricket and footy starts tonight...
