I would be more concerned as to who carries out the wheel alignment.
Take it to someone like Heasmans.

    Great advice.....

There is a bespoke Pirelli, Bridgestone and Michelin for the 360. Fit it. And make sure the tyre fitter uses protective jaws over the rim clamps, cleans the wheels before balancing and hides the weights behind the spokes.

The 360 uses specific shims to adjust front and rear camber. It's somewhat unlikely your local chop shop would keep those in stock. So call first to check. And make sure the aligner has the 360 figures in the machine, if not, it's in the back of the owners manual.

Spare tyre in the 360 was an option not often ordered, and it was a space saver.

If there isnt a space saver in the front boot in the car you buy then yes, just an expired tyre repair kit most likely.

The ONLY thing I have learned over the years is to STICK to the manufacturers recommendations, I put on wider tyres on the GT4 and had terminal understeer, if I had listened to Carl I would have had a much better handling cat :(

Why I'd fit only recommended tyres and sizes.

Wider will also change the diameter a little, so the car will sit higher

This site has a good tyre size calculator
    Tire size calculator

245/40/18 is pretty close in diameter to the 215/45/18, but putting on a wider, low profile tyre is going to change the front end grip and the overall handling character of the car.

Best to stick with the standard size, and make sure that the front/back are the same model/type/brand of tire and use a premium tyre.

    Try Tempe tyres.

The point being that 360's are snappy cars, the factory chose the tyres carefully to compensate.

I would throw them out, but that's me. They were put on so the car could be made effectively legal for the least possible price. Although the Neogen does get a good rap on some on line reviews I have yet to see a comparison with other brands when new and half worn. In the absence of such data I would avoid them. Especially so being a safety issue.

Ferrari spend millions of Euro tyre testing each year, so why not stick with the manufacturers recommendation? In the case of the 360, check the owners manual, but should be Pirelli, Bridgestone and Michelin. And not just the manufacturer, but the specific type of tyre for that car. For example, the Ferrari approved Pirelli P-Zero Giallo is denoted by small "f" on the sidewall. The 215 section front has an extra rayon band to stiffen it specifically for the 360 and in addition to any other 215 section tyre by Pirelli.

If you don't wish to heed the above, make sure you fit a tyre with a TWI no more than about 200. (The Neogen is 280) I have yet to find any Ferrari that drives well on a tyre harder than this. You must also stick with the original sizes. 360s are extremely sensitive to rake and ride height, so if you start to play with either be very, very careful. Additionally, the circumference of the front/rear tyres must be as original otherwise issues appear with the ABS and traction control systems.

An interesting fact, some manufacturers recommend you change all four tyres at once, irrespective of the wear. Most rear engined cars tend to go through 2 sets of rears of for every set of fronts. 308s I've found particularly sensitive to this along with 911s without power assistance. I would expect the 360 to be similarly affected.

IMO the decision is made, no 360 rear size. So what was put on your car???

NeoGen - All-Season Ultra High Performance Radial

BTW, you MUST run the same manufacturer and compound FRONT and REAR. The sizes:

    215/45-18 89Y front
    275/40-18 99Y rear
