    Yeah they did the prototype a little while back. I can't imagine starting a supercar company from scratch would be the easiest or quickest thing to do.

    The YouTube video shows their name to be Joss Developments Ltd, which is indeed registered with ASIC (well, that was a former name, it is now Joss Developments Pty Ltd)

    Sorry, but it really sounds more like someone trying to build a personal toy rather than any real business plan? I doubt that $500k buys a one-off custom engine from ford or anyone else? And the 'design' seems nothing more than a photoshop mashup of existing cars. How about some technical drawings / specs?

    Only if there was anything unique in them... Sounds more like a fancy clubbie the more I read. The touted Albins transmission is available off the shelf!

    Not sure if this is accurate, but doesn't Pagani or Bugatti source their transmissions from Aus or NZ? I think it said that in one of the nat geo megafactories.

    What exactly is unique about them apart from being Aussie? Just seems like another kitcar type startup hoping to become the next Pagani?

    I'm comparing it here to something truly interesting such as Rimac Automobili and I hate electric cars but they've done an amazing job.

    Is Joss another Arash Motors?

    +1. Needs something to set it apart and heck (sorry) being Australian hardly helps it's case. Italy has the reputation for super cars, UK has F1 industry, German has engineering, etc. Australia has ... hmmm ... and please don't say Victor. The worst lawn mower ever made!

    So I can't see that many bogans choosing this over a GTHO. I'd choose the GTHO too.

    Best of luck to him, but I would have set up shop in the UK and sure once established increase the Aussie links and relocate if he wants passionately to brand his car as an Aussie.
