The latest edition of Horses Mouth does not list the concourse in September. It may have been moved to October to coincide with the FCA National rally in Sydney.

I'd be careful of the FCA concourse in NSW this year, I've heard the grim reaper of originality may be making an appearance as an assistant judge.

On a serious note, I understand the FCA National Rally in Sydney this year will hold the concourse on October 20. Surely that will also incorporate the usual state concourse?
