Buying under tray from Italy.

I would not buy anything from Italy, only time i've ever been burnt buying Ferrari stuff from OS.

Agree with that advice 100%.

Make sure you check out the supplier, there is one Italian in particular who has a history of defrauding clients - he's been mentioned on FCHAT

My advice, based on 20 years of importing Ferrari parts is buy either from the UK or the US (about 1/2 the entire production of Ferrari ended up in the USA).

And before you do that, give Gerry at Forza Automtive in Sydney a call, he has some pretty good sources.

 

There are moulds floating about for the 360 under trays from when the Challenge cars were actively raced here. No reason to buy from overseas and the freight would probably cost more than the part should be worth.
Ring Maranello Motorsport or Phil Hughes and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

 

There ya go and I also agree freight would be a killer for that part.

It has been known to happen.

Nevertheless, I agree with 360C...call Maranello Motorsports in Melb. They raced these things extensively and are bound to have good leads on where to get them.
