456 Window fault, anyone know the proceedure?

    I'm about to pull the trigger on the 456. It's got some issues, but nothing money can't fix. Are there any owners out there who have had the problematic window issues?

    search the 456 forum, it's endemic with that problem but fixable

    I've been looking Greg, but I can't find anything relating to this fault. The window is not sealing against the rear pillar. It's got a 5mm gap on both doors. I'm sure I can sort it out, but I was hoping someone else has had the issue, to save me the time in finding the solution.

    Some of the 456 window parts are NLA, I'd be very careful. I can't offer any specific advice about how to solve it however.

    I was asked to look at one about 12 months ago with the same issue. After some research, I cracked open a bottle of wine, shared it with the prospective customer and sent him on his way! I reckon I got off lightly lol.

    Aahhh. Yes. I met you briefly Carl. I was with Simon, Moretti and Pat. I don't think I would have too much trouble sorting the issue. I'm sure re mounting the regulator to a correct position would solve it.
