Hi to all experts I'm about to make a decision to get my first supercar which is 2012 458. The question is how much is the car worth now in the used market ? The car has few options like camera and carbon interior but has no lift kit ( deal breaker ?)and sports exhaust warranty will expired In early 2016. 7 year service is included. 6000km on the clock. Please advise, appreciated.
Thanks for the price indication. As we all living in the same country, road condition should be similar, i reckon this is the best place to find out all expertise will consider the lift kit option is a must have option or depends ?
Lots and lots of 458's for sale as the first 488GTB deliveries are not too far away, the starting price of a 488GTB is lot less than the 458 was which has shocked 458 owners at trade in time. I think you'd be surprised at the deals that are available if you push the dealers and they consider you a serious buyer.
Welcome to the forum, be sure to fill out your profile when you can and I wish you all the best with the 458.
Ive got my 458 for sale at the moment too. But like the guys said it all depends on options, kms and even colour... For me a lift kit was essential. I wouldn't have a front bar anymore if it wasn't for the lift kit. Other must have options include the carbon steering wheel. I also opted for the racing seats as the standard ones were pretty rubbish. By the way is the warranty factory or just dealer? 458s have a 3 year factory warranty but can be extended by 1-2 years more for 6 or 13k. You will want to make sure its the Ferrari factory warranty and not the dealer warranty.
Yes ! Offer accepted ..... The car has factory warranty until mid next year from previous owner, the dealership will only cover the first 3 months and 5000km of the purchase ( even I thought they should offer bit more ), but I can live with it now, and leave the headaches next year
Yes, this is my first Ferrari and my first supercar. Can't wait to have the car seating in the garage right now..... the dealer told me the delivery should happened before end of month. Fingers cross
Great colour combo and it looks very nice man. Although it does look like it's a "back row special" in that pic. In their workshop by the looks of it. Definitely looking forward to seeing some nice pics of it when it arrives. That colour looks great in the sun light. And it's also wonderful to see someone buying their first Ferrari which is not red.
Hi,again. Please,if you've not had a higher performance car, think about doing an advanced drivers' course. We,as mostly Ferrari owner/driver's,see the downside of folk who have come to grief with their new car.....mostly on Utube clips.....the sort of stuff the meeja love to get a hold of. Enjoy.
Yes but a true/right colour would be red with beige? But I guess it's like eating a ham sandwich. There everywhere. And it's nice to see something different. Personal preference I think
Yep, I LOVE red/tan Ferraris like mine. And if I buy second Ferrari, it will more than likely be in the same colour combo. As I get older though, I am really starting to appreciate a lot of other Ferrari colour combos which are available. It's all personal preference, yes. Each to their own.
Thank you for all the kind words. I don't do stupid things on the street, cause I had bad accident when I was young. I track my 911 every month, so I know the difference between street and the track. I'm sure I will taking care of this baby anytime and all time, can't wait to have my first supercar during the Christmas time.
mind sharing what was the dealer asking price and final sale price ? will be good for the members here to understand the current market...
