I would NOT recommend Automotion but would also agree on EnzoTech

 

I've never used them, but know of their existence. Have you had an issue with them? Workmanship or price?

Don't get me started on deferred maintenance ..... lack of air in the tyres, locking the motec rev limit to 6,000 (so I can't beat his lap times by very much ), putting the dusty brake pads to make the car look messy all the time, not replacing the alternator belt so I'd get stuck in Yass until Michael came to the rescue in his much slower 355, etc etc etc

Went in for a major. Got back and had to take it elsewhere to repair bent valves. I say no more.

 

I hope they paid for the damage???

 

Offered me 1k to go away which I told them I would not except.

I'm not convinced it happened....but who knows.

 

Their insurance would cover it. Unless they had no insurance, but, working on high end cars, I seriously doubt they don't. Faulty workmanship is always a part of regular business insurance for mechanical shops.

Matter went to court but, as my solicitor told me ,I didn't have much of a chance as I never took the vehicle back to them to give them a chance to rectify the situation and because of this the magistrate could not award me any compensation. In court they looked at the photos and acknowledged that it looked like the came timing was out. They also stated that the car was not in for a major service even though the engine was removed, cam belts changed as it was due as they had not been changed for 3 years. As for them having insurance this matter was never mentioned.
