I purchased some merchandise from vicelford.com last weekend. I received an email today from Anita Elford (Vic's wife) informing me that my merchandise is on its way and that she noticed I was overcharged for shipping - which she refunded. I was amazed by her honesty - it was refreshing. I would not have picked up on the overpayment if not for her email.
