Entries starting to roll in October 16 -21 Great program of events - probably manage to sup a Margaret River Red as well! If you want FTD, you had better bring a decent weapon-we have a spectacular car coming So, who else is planning to attend?
HEY,how not silly is that!? If someone from "here" bought it. Leave it there,do the rally and drive back....
Hey, guys, I've just got the email with the invitation and calendar of events... It seems to be a fantastic event... I would need to hire the truck company to move my car back & forth, but it might be very well worth it as it is a whole week of events... Never been to an event like this... Seriously considering it. What should I expect? Another newbie question. Events of this size are common? This seems to be a really big event, so I guess it is an annual event? Are there links to the past national events? Thanks in advance, and sorry about the silly questions, I've just joined the club.
It's on the FCA Qld website. You'll need to join to attend, anyway. There is subsidised transport for your F car, I believe. Yes, an annual event, rotating through states
I've already joined, that is how I got the invitation and PDFs in the first place. Just wanted to know a bit about the previous events, what I should expect, etc. From what I understood, the prices quoted in the PDF are how much you should pay to have your car transported to Perth. It is subsidised in the way they are lower than if you get a quote by yourself instead of the club rate.
Hi Gabe However you get your car to Perth - driving, freighting, flying - the club subsidises you to the value shown on the document, depending on your start location
They're a lot of fun and you will meet some nice people, you'll drink a lot, eat a lot, dance a lot and drive a lot. This year's host (Frank ) is ably supported by Mr Millard who now drives an elderly gentleman's carriage but is still an imposing driver, so don't rubbish him
