New phrase: electile dysfunction - the inability to be aroused by any candidate from any political party...
Holy crap....for once you were two things:- 1. Funny 2. Correct. I'm guessing it's not one of your lines.
The difference between the "predictor" at this stage on the ABC and SKY is hilarious. You'd think you were watching two different elections.
And the worst bit is we'll have to listen to Abbott whining endlessly about how it's all Turnbull's fault and he would have won etc etc....
And listening to Shorten crowing. Personal political preferences aside if it is hung we are all faced with three years of nothing arguing and nothing happening ... A mess
I'd like to see the board cleared of both and have some decent candidates presented with no mudslinging and proper costed plans with no promises broken ........... fool's paradise I know Anyhow, I spent election night with a very nice man and his family talking cars
Wow. That would be the day. I will be at the front of the voting queue. Wouldn't it make a nice change? But I fear it's going to be 3 years of nothing going forward and constant "He said... She said"
Yep. Terrible result. Three years of chaos and crap ahead, unless a few of the remaining seats fall the Libs' way.
Why is it always the Left side whom resort to dodgy tactics on election day? I'm struggling to remember the last time an election took place where Labor hasn't done something utterly deceitful and illegal. No Cookies | The Advertiser The sad bit is that they get away with it every time. This will - as usual - come to nothing and they will quietly pat each other on the back and laugh, because in the Labor world (as always with Lefties) the end justifies the means.
Actually no... The worst bit is Hanson. I had hoped Qlders might have learned their lesson with Palmer, but it seems not; same old populist BS?
Latest counting seems to suggest it will be 75 Libs, 70 Labor, and 5 Independents. Given one of those is Bob Katter who would never support Labor it looks like Libs will just fall over the line. Regardless, not a great result for the country.
