I see toil has been permanently banned from ferrarichat for being a troll. How many of the good and regular and PAYING contributors were banned or warned for arguing with a guy who the mods FINALLY admit was a troll, all the while the other long time members pointed out he was a troll since day one? Check out the rules for posting in the F1 section. All because of toil and the arguments he caused (after all, that's what trolls do) I think the mods owe a lot of the regular users an apology for making us put up with it......and I'd like to know why it took the mods 3 years or so to act on what was so damn obvious to everyone else! I actually got banned from the F1 section for criticising Neuro for continually banning the wrong people (mostly because of arguments with toil), but now thanks to Neuro himself, I'm actually vindicated for my criticism because he permanently banned toil for being the troll that he always was. That's rather funny! Below is the ban message. Toil: You are well aware that zhaxcwlv was permanently banned for trolling Ferrari fans with persistent "prancing donkey" remarks, since you complained to me about that ban: And yet, you've decided to resurrect this form of trolling: For consistency, you shall receive a permanent ban too. Goodbye. Like I said, in my eyes, that's endorsement that my thoughts on the matter were actually correct and I, as well as others, have been singled out for no reason. Actually, I'll just assume the mods finally WUTT and realised the error of their decisions, so, being the good guy I am, apology accepted!

So, thinking about it further, Neuro was banning people for arguing with toil. I was banned to criticising Neuro for this saying, without being rude or abusive, that I thought he was banning the wrong people in my opinion. Neuro banning toil indicates that my submission was originally and always correct so, in that case, should I have NOT been banned from the F1 section (along with many others over the previous years)?
lol...I'm getting all these messages telling me I'm trolling. I'm not trolling. with the banning of toil, I'm feeling hard done by, and it's with good reason. I'm sure others are feeling hard done by too for the same reason. I understand that Neuro was trying to be fair, but I think that whilst his intentions were probably honourable, he backed the wrong horse. That's pretty much what I said in the F1 section too.
Wait . . . It's their sandbox, and it's their rules, except of course, for the wide latitude you are all given here within the Aussie Forum. Don't expect that level or largess outside your home turf. You step outside these walls, and invade the more widely attended forums, and the moderators are going to stand on your throat. Just the way it is.
