Seeing the Porsche 911 Turbo S comes with central lock wheels, one would have to assume they are legal.
Yes but the Porsche are factory fitted and engineered that way. Center locks on a 360 with adaptors arent. Pretty sure any mod like this would either be considered non road worthy and or be an issue with insurance if something were to happen. Center locks look great though.
