Can anyone recommend a good shop to retrim the leather on a 308 steering wheel in Sydney.
It's a 78 308 and I want it looking as close to original as possible, leather and stitching.
    All input is appreciated.
    Thanks

I just had a steering wheel re-trimmed by a guy in Brisbane that came off my Holden Crewman.

Did an amazing job for $300. Uses Kangaroo leather, it's so soft and feels beautiful.

I asked for silver stitching to make it a little bit different. Looks great and it's on the car now.

There will definitely be someone in Sydney that can do it, but if you don't have any luck let me know and I will forward on his details.

Here are pics of my wheel, the wheel is 100% the same with the exception of the silver stitching.

Call Miles at Cavallino 99053654, he will refer you to his trimmer in Brookvale. They do superb work.

That is a very nice job Pap, steering wheels are the hardest things to retrim.

My BT50 ute has a nasty fake leather wheel, it looks OK but is horrible to use. A roo retrim is a good solution.

    Oh quiet you. :)

He did an amazing job man. Takes him 4 hrs to do each wheel he said.

I also had him re-trim my auto shifter and park brake handle while he was at it.

All like new again, $400 later. lol Worth more than the car actually.

And with silver stitching again. Same but different PP. ;)
