I have just finished reading this interesting book on 'the Little Master','Flying Mantuan',whatever you want to call his genius. It is in new condition, hardcover and 276 pages with a few illustrations, having only been read 2 or 3 times. There is a dedication to the original owner,an Fchatter. It is available to whoever puts their hand up first for the cost of the post from 4883. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hope that you don't mind me asking here, but does anyone remember Nuvolari's restaurant in Albert Park, Melbourne. Would really like to see what the décor/photos of the interior were about. Made a booking about 2002 but by the time we arrived it had closed up!
Great stuff, Simon. Just as an idea, if there are other books like this that are floating around amongst the Aussie Ferrari crowd, why not do something similar so they can be read by as many people as possible? ie. share them around for the price of postage?
And for anyone who's interested in Nuvolari, there's an interesting museum outside Verona called the Nicollini museum which is a private generally mechanical stuff museum which has a lot of memorabilia - I think there may have been a family connection?
'King internet was down since lightening strike yesterday arvo so I didn't get to write down your address until now,it'll be off 2morrow.
