Ferrari import from U.K. Possible scam

    Hi
    Three years ago I was introduced to a guy called John Howard who was in the Ferrari club ( I am not a member of the club) and he was arranging to import a 360 sphere for me. The only financial outlay I made was $7k for a shipping container through a third party shipping company .
    Mr Howard became ill and for three years I have been dripp feed the status of the cars through a U.K. Firm calked EIC. Clearly , I do not have the car.
    I believe there are more than two cars "stuck" in a bonded warehouse in the UK.
    Has anyone heard of such a situation and is it a scam .

    The only two John Howard's I know are John Howard the actor and of course our ex prime minister..

    Sounds like scam to me. The way 360 prices are in UK now, it's cheaper to buy one here.

    I have been waiting on this car for three years, at the 2 year mark I decided I'm not waiting anymore and went out and bought another.

    I am still hopeful that the car I am waiting on comes through, time will tell
