I don't know 360's, but most transaxles have a breather which can drip when overfilled. Gear oil is not clear however...but it does have a strong smell.

Is your car an F1? Very common for mechanics to top up reservoir and overfill, because the (clear) F1 flluid expands a lot with heat. If so, this is not a problem, overflow will stop when it gets to the right level.

Have you considered taking the car back to the workshop that performed the work Knocker?

Or did you perform the work yourself?

    Hi Knocker,

Are you sure its not the rear engine oil sump plug leaking ( there is 2 plugs on your 360)
the rear plug does up into an aluminium plate, there is only around 10mm of engagement - its real easy to over tighten and strip the thread. You Can view this plug thru a hole in the under tray.

the F1 system is actually quite simple and reliable. The bits that fail are F1 pump, the actuator unit (rarely) and the potentiometers on the transaxle (that tell the ECU what gear the car is in). All parts common across Alfa, Lambo, etc.

Don't be fooled into paying thousands for replacement parts, get second opinions and do online research.

Also, change the F1 fluid every year, which can be done by using a small pump to vacuum out the reservoir. You don't need an SD2 computer reset.
